These terms and conditions (hereinafter "Terms") apply to the use of the 8999 bdt platform and all its services. By accessing the website, creating an account, or taking part in any game or betting activity, the user voluntarily agrees to these Terms.

Creating an account on behalf of a minor or helping them use the platform is strictly prohibited. 8999 bdt reserves the right to request documents for age verification, and the account may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete.

2.1 — Residential Eligibility

The user must reside in a jurisdiction where online gaming and sports betting are not against the laws that apply to their personal use. If there is a legal restriction, the user is solely responsible — 8999 bdt bears no liability in this regard.

Each user may create only one account. If the same person holds multiple accounts, those accounts will be cancelled and the associated balances may be forfeited.

It is the user's responsibility to keep the information provided at registration — name, mobile number and identity document details — accurate and up to date. Creating an account with false information or submitting fraudulent documents during verification will result in immediate account closure.

3.1 — Account Security

Keeping the login password and OTP confidential is entirely the user's responsibility. Transferring or selling an account to a third party is prohibited. Any suspected unauthorised access must be reported to the 8999 bdt support team immediately.

Deposits and withdrawals on the 8999 bdt platform are currently available through bKash, Nagad and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.

Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. However, withdrawals may be temporarily held if a verification process is ongoing or if unusual activity is suspected.

4.1 — Payment Verification

The mobile number used for the deposit and the mobile number on the withdrawal request must be the same. Payments made through a third party or under a different name will not be accepted and such transactions will be returned.

4.2 — Currency and Conversion

All transactions on the 8999 bdt platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Foreign currency transactions are not currently supported.

8999 bdt offers new members a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 adds a ৳1,500 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,500. To withdraw funds from this bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times — in that example ৳1,500 × 15 = ৳22,500.

Bonus offer terms may change at any time. If an attempt is made to claim the same bonus more than once, or if any irregular activity is detected, the bonus on that account will be cancelled and the associated winnings may be forfeited.

5.1 — Bonus Abuse

Placing low-risk bets to meet bonus conditions (such as betting on both sides simultaneously), using automated methods, or running coordinated group activity will be considered bonus abuse. If such activity is detected, the account may be cancelled.

The 8999 bdt VIP programme has four tiers: Bronze (up to 0.2% weekly cashback), Silver (up to 0.5%), Gold (up to 0.8%) and Platinum (up to 1.0%). Cashback is calculated based on total net losses for the week.

For example, if a Gold member's net loss for the week is ৳20,000, they will receive ৳20,000 × 0.8% = ৳160 in cashback. The decision of 8999 bdt regarding VIP tier assignment and changes is final.

All slots, live casino, sports betting and other games available on 8999 bdt follow the rules of the respective game provider. If a technical error occurs in determining a result, 8999 bdt reserves the right to void that round or bet.

In sports betting, if a match is cancelled or postponed, the stake for that bet is returned to the user's account, unless different conditions have been set for the relevant event.

7.1 — Unusual Activity and Fraud

Exploiting software bugs or glitches for gain, using automated bots, operating multiple accounts under false identities, or attempting to defraud the platform is strictly prohibited. If such activity is proven, the relevant account will be permanently closed and all balances may be forfeited.
